Whalecloud ERP is an internal ERP and store operation management application. By using this application, the user agrees to use it only for lawful store management and operational analysis.
Permitted Use
The application may be used to manage product records, review orders, track inventory, analyze store performance, and organize daily business tasks for authorized stores.
Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for keeping their account access secure and for ensuring that connected store accounts are authorized by the store owner or operator.
Service Availability
Whalecloud ERP is provided as an operational tool. The system owner may update, maintain, or temporarily suspend parts of the service to improve reliability, security, or functionality.
Data and Integrations
Store API integrations are used only after authorization. Users may disconnect integrations or revoke API authorization through the relevant platform account settings.
